2tablespoonsLitehouse Freeze Dried Parsleyfresh parsley can be used as well
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonchopped fresh parsley or Litehouse Freeze Dried Parsley
1tablespoonchopped scallions
Salt to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer the pureed dip to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with one teaspoon chopped parsley and one tablespoon chopped scallions, if desired.
