Navy Bean Dip

- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1 15- ounce can navy beans drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil plus a little a little more to drizzle on top
- 2 tablespoons Litehouse Freeze Dried Parsley fresh parsley can be used as well
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley or Litehouse Freeze Dried Parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer the pureed dip to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with one teaspoon chopped parsley and one tablespoon chopped scallions, if desired.
